Nobody would expect a manufacturing sector to thrive without factories. Yet we routinely expect creative sectors to thrive without studios, incubators, archives, labs, registries, rehearsal spaces or business support organizations. That expectation has never made sense.

Good enough to be recognised. Not connected enough to advance. Skilled enough to compete. Not resourced enough to sustain momentum.

Imagine if every restaurant in the Caribbean depended on grants to remain open. Or every hotel. Or every shipping company. We would immediately recognise this as a structural problem.

The future of Caribbean development will not be built solely through roads, ports, airports, and utilities. It will also be built through ideas.
